Warranty Policy
General
Black Barn Golf Cars strives to provide dependable equipment. Warranty coverage varies depending on whether the product is new, pre-owned, or a replacement part. Warranty details, if applicable, will be provided in writing at the time of sale.
New Units
New golf carts, trailers, and accessories may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is administered directly by the manufacturer according to their terms and coverage periods. Black Barn Golf Cars does not modify or extend manufacturer warranties.
Customers should follow the manufacturer’s maintenance and operating guidelines to keep warranty coverage valid.
Pre-Owned Units
Pre-owned or used units are sold as-is unless a written warranty agreement is provided at the time of purchase. Normal wear and cosmetic condition are not covered.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not include issues resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
Accidents, collisions, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Failure to perform routine maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Items commonly considered wear items are not covered, including but not limited to:
Batteries
Tires
Brake components
Light bulbs
Upholstery and cosmetic finishes
Service and Repairs
Any warranty claim must be reported to us as soon as a problem is noticed. Customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, or a description of the issue. Unauthorized repairs performed without approval may void warranty consideration.
Transportation or service travel costs are not covered unless stated otherwise in writing.
Limitation
Warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or parts support at our discretion when applicable. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or rental expenses.
