30-Day Return Window

Eligible Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused and unmodified.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging.
  • All manuals, accessories, chargers, keys and hardware must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Clearly display the RA number on the outside of the package.

Use an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Returned products are inspected upon arrival.
  • You will receive confirmation by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

Used Products

Opened, used, modified, or altered vehicles and parts.

Electrical Components

Installed electrical systems and electronic components.

Special Orders

Custom, special-order, or manufacturer-built products.

Gift Cards

Gift cards, promotional products and special incentives.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, exchange, or other suitable solution.

Important Notes

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Products showing signs of use may be denied.
  • Restocking fees may apply where permitted.
  • Vehicles with activated batteries or added fuel may not qualify for return.
