2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing are accurate. Minor differences in colour, features, accessories, or appearance may occur. Product availability may change without notice and all sales remain subject to current inventory.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation. Applicable taxes, registration requirements, licensing fees, or local charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Accepted payment methods may include Interac e-Transfer, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment instructions are provided during order confirmation. Black Barn Golf Cars reserves the right to cancel or decline any order where payment cannot be verified.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery can be arranged within Canada. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, transport schedules, and carrier availability. Customers must ensure delivery access is suitable for unloading. Any special delivery requirements should be discussed before shipment. Responsibility transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any visible transport damage must be reported within 24 hours and supported by photographs. Failure to report damage within this period may affect eligibility for freight claims.
7. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of vehicles and trailers, sales are considered final once shipped or collected. Orders cancelled before shipment may be subject to administrative or processing charges. Custom orders, special-order items, and reserved inventory deposits may be non-refundable.
8. Warranty
Used units are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer. Batteries, tyres, wear components, and maintenance items are excluded unless specifically stated.
9. Product Use
Buyers are responsible for safe operation and compliance with local regulations regarding registration, road use, or permitted operation of golf carts and trailers. Black Barn Golf Cars is not responsible for misuse, modifications, or operation after delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
Black Barn Golf Cars shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use any purchased product. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.
11. Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, payment verification, and delivery arrangements. Personal information is not sold or shared except where required to complete shipping, payment processing, or legal obligations.
